I can't say enough good things about Cotton Outdoor Solutions! We have 2.5 acres in Lexington that had become a little neglected over the years, so I called Chancelor and gave him free rein to do whatever he thought would be best for the property and the local wildlife. I was blown away by the results! The property looks so much cleaner, more open, and far more welcoming while still maintaining its natural beauty. Chancelor was professional, affordable, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Once everything was finished, we walked the property together, and he made sure I was completely satisfied, even offering to come back if there was anything else I wanted done. The entire 2.5-acre property was completed in just one day, and the transformation was incredible. If you're looking for forestry mulching or land clearing, I highly recommend reaching out to Chancelor at Cotten Outdoor Solutions. You won't be disappointed!

This guy did a great job for us! Had him working around a bunch of our stuff in some really tight places and he made sure to take care of all of it. Does great work around the deer stands too!
